BACKGROUND
Between 1978 and 2004 Jack has worked with numerous architectural firms in Boston, Tucson, Seattle and Phoenix. In February, 2004 Jack started his own firm and has been practicing throughout Arizona since then. We specialize in many project types including healthcare, commercial, and industrial projects.
Liam Leonard graduated architecture school in 2017 and became a licensed architect in Arizona in 2022. Since January, 2025 he has been a partner with leonardARCHITECTS.

Jack Leonard has worked with numerous firms in Boston, Seattle, Tucson, and Phoenix. He was a member and partner with KQ Architects from 1993 to 2004. He was the founder and principal at Creo Architects until he merged back with KQ Architects in 2019.
Jack is responsible for managing Commercial ground-ups as well as Tenant Improvement projects for the company. He has experience in managing all types of construction projects with an emphasis on design, delivery, and constructability.

Liam Leonard has been working in the Phoenix Metropolitan area since 2012 and has been licensed since 2022.
Liam is responsible for handling the design and development of construction projects for out clients. He has experience in preparation of final construction documents with an emphasis on code review, quality control, and ADA compliance.
