This property is a beautiful desert site in east Mesa near Usery Mountain Park. The goals are to fit the home to the natural topography of the site and maximize the views from the property. The large, deep wash along the south property line, the slope of the site and the dense desert vegetation help to inform the design of the home. The guest house/RV garage is located separate from the main house and lower on the site so that it does not block views from the main house.
