The site had 4 existing industrial buildings (totaling 88,611 s.f.) that were remodeled and vacant land for 4 new office/industrial buildings with a combination of at-grade loading and dock high loading. The proposed uses for these buildings is a mix of high tech manufacturing and storage with incidental office space.
