Design of a 3,500 sf administration and warehouse building over a natural gas storage cavern. Facility had to meet noise reduction requirements for Luke Air Force Base and meet explosion resistive construction requirements. The building housed administrative offices, meeting room and warehouse storage and light manufacturing.
